1. Returns
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it.

The item must be in its original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Note: Certain items, such as perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items, are not eligible for return.

2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original mode of payment within 7-10 business days.

Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).

3. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item.

Note: Exchanges must be initiated within the return window mentioned above.

4. Return Shipping
